Get your week back.

vetted is an AI transformation and AI engineering practice for owner-run businesses. We find where your week goes, then build what takes it back:

  • Payment and inventory portals
  • Agents that answer and chase
  • Dashboards that fill themselves
  • Models that run on your own machines

Your team runs them without us.

You've tried the obvious three.

  1. Tried 01

    ChatGPT for the team

Everyone got a login. Nobody got a process. The gains stayed personal, and they leave when that person does.

    helped people, not the business

Good at getting drafts and research done faster, from the first day.

Better when the work is one person's writing or research, and nothing passes between people.

  2. Tried 02

    The Zapier maze

Built one evening at a time, understood by one person. When a step breaks, nobody knows which one.

    one person holds it together

Good at joining the apps you already use.

Better when a few steps never change and a missed run costs little.

  3. Tried 03

    An agency

A new website and a handover PDF. The enquiries still arrive in four places and the invoices still get chased by hand.

    new site, same week

Good at taking one defined job off your desk and finishing it.

Better when you need a campaign and the week already runs.

Each time, the missing piece was the process.

We start there

The Systems Audit. Your week, read and ranked.

$1,500 CAD, before any build.

The build is scoped from its roadmap, before anything is made.

Our guarantee on the $1,500 CAD

If The Systems Audit doesn't find 5 hours a week we can take off your plate, you get your money back. You decide whether we found them, and you ask within 60 days of the day we deliver your roadmap. Sign a build's scope with us within 60 days of the day we deliver your roadmap and the whole fee comes off the build. You get the refund or the fee off a build, not both.

  • A written roadmap, ranked by effort against payoff.

What to build first, what can wait and what to skip.

  • Our AI scans your systems, and we read only what it flags.

The inbox, the sheets and the tools. Your email links through a connector you remove when the audit ends. Nobody on your side has to write anything up.

  • The first thing we build is the top of your roadmap, ranked by effort against payoff, and it goes live before the rest.

  • The roadmap is yours to keep, even if you don't hire us.

  • You own everything we build. No lock-in.

We use paid AI accounts with model training turned off.

Everything we build

Whatever carries the work. Yes, including the boring bits.

Transformation changes the process and the people. Engineering builds what carries the work. Most owners need both, in that order.

Capabilities, not a list of past projects

1 / 6

Transformation

Who does what, in what order, on which system. Written down.

You'd want this if

  • Every fix so far was a new tool
  • The week still looks the same

How we'd build it

  • Talk to the team
  • Scan your systems
  • Rank by effort against payoff

Engineering

Customers book and pay up front. Nobody retypes either.

You'd want this if

  • People book by phone
  • They pay on the day
  • A no-show costs the slot

How we'd build it

  • Your calendar
  • Your payments
  • One form on your site

Engineering

Several agents, one job each, handing work down a line.

You'd want this if

  • One chatbot does everything
  • It does none of it well

How we'd build it

  • A router
  • One shared record
  • Drafts wait for your yes

Engineering

A model on a machine in your building. Your files never leave it.

You'd want this if

  • Your data cannot go to a cloud AI
  • By law or by contract

How we'd build it

  • An open-weight model
  • Private search
  • Access by role

Engineering

Every system's numbers in one place, refreshed on their own.

You'd want this if

  • Friday goes on exports
  • The report is copied by hand

How we'd build it

  • A pipe per system
  • One dashboard
  • A Monday summary

Transformation

The money side, run as a system.

You'd want this if

  • Sales happen when you have time
  • Which is never

How we'd build it

  • A pricing review
  • Daily outbound
  • A win-back list

Also in the kit

Same rules as above: drafts wait for your yes, and it all lives in accounts you own.

  • Internal tools

    Engineering

The small apps your team has open all day.

  • Mobile apps

    Engineering

An app for the people who are never at a desk.

  • Inventory systems

    Engineering

Stock that counts itself down as orders land.

  • APIs and integrations

    Engineering

Your systems send records to each other, so nobody retypes them.

  • Hardware and sensors

    Engineering

Sensors, scanners and screens wired into your systems.

  • Training and change

    Transformation

The part that makes the rest stick.

    Intro call

What you run, what eats the most time, and whether we're the right people for it. We reply within one business day.

You get: whether we're the right people for it, with no commitment

  2. Step 2 · $1,500 CAD

    The Systems Audit

Our AI scans your systems for repeat jobs, and we read only what it flags. What comes back is a written roadmap, ranked by effort against payoff, that says which items are worth doing and which are not.

You get: a written roadmap, ranked by effort against payoff

  3. Step 3

    Implementation

Scope is agreed before a sprint starts, so you always know what is being built and what it replaces. Your team is trained on each system as it goes live.

You get: each system live in accounts you own, and your team trained on it

  4. Step 4

What we believe

Most businesses have AI now. Few run on it. We build the second kind.

We don't put a tool on your roadmap until we've used it on real work. Demos don't count.

  1. Process first, then the tool.

A tool with no process behind it is one more login, so we map how the work runs before we build.

  2. Start with the work nobody wanted.

The retyping, the chasing and the Monday report go first. They fill the week, and nobody misses them.

  3. You sign off.

Drafts wait for your yes, so nothing goes out that you would not have sent yourself.

  4. Your team runs it without us.

We write it down, train your people on it, and it runs in accounts you own.

What else we believe

Updated

The questions you'd ask on the call.

What's this going to cost me?

The Systems Audit is $1,500 CAD and comes before any build. It hands you a written roadmap. The build's scope and cost follow from it. Sign a build's scope with us within 60 days of the day we deliver your roadmap and the whole fee comes off the build.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

It drafts and a person signs off, until you decide it has earned more. Anything that touches money, a complaint or a refund goes to a person by rule, whatever the agent thinks, and every system keeps a log you can read.

How fast is something live?

We reply within one business day, and the intro call is 15 minutes. The first thing we build is the top of your roadmap, ranked by effort against payoff, and it goes live before the rest.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes, and with businesses of every size. Owner-run is where we started, not a limit. Size matters less than the shape of the week: if the same information is typed twice or enquiries arrive in four places, there's work here.

Who actually does the work?

vetted is founder-led and growing. Each engagement is staffed with the engineers, developers, assistants and project managers the work needs, and the people you talk to are the people who build the thing. Nothing is handed off to a team you never meet.

Can we take it all with us?

All of it. The systems run in accounts you own, the written roadmap is yours, and your team is trained on each system as it goes live. The point of the engagement is a business that runs without us.

Do you work remotely?

vetted is based in Manitoba, Canada, and works remotely. Our AI scans your systems, the calls are online, and what we build lands in the software you already log into, wherever you are.

What's the assessment for?

Twelve questions about how your business runs, scored in your browser. You get a score, a readiness band and the three things to fix first, free. Your answers stay private unless you choose to send them. It's the cheapest way to see whether any of this applies to you.

Last thing

What's eating your week?

Say it the way you would say it to a friend. We read every one, and we reply within one business day with whether we can help, and how.

  • If The Systems Audit doesn't find 5 hours a week we can take off your plate, you get your money back. You decide whether we found them, and you ask within 60 days of the day we deliver your roadmap. Sign a build's scope with us within 60 days of the day we deliver your roadmap and the whole fee comes off the build. You get the refund or the fee off a build, not both.
