If your message bounces, we hear about it

When a message from the contact form doesn't reach our inbox, the email service now tells us straight away, so a bounce can't sit unnoticed while you wait for a reply.

The contact form's last row: the Start the conversation button, with the note that a person reads every message.
Marked in pen: if it bounces, we know.

Fixes and improvements

  • A message that bounces, fails or is delayed on its way to our inbox now raises an alert on our side
  • The alert says what went wrong, never who wrote or what they wrote
